	Memberships If you are a frequent traveler, we encourage you to take advantage of our membership program. Benefits include point redemptions for tickets and gifts, ticket reservation up to 7 days prior to departure, members-only less than 24 hours advance booking for maximum of 10 tickets and free upgrade to Platinum card or/and renewal for 5000 points and above. On top of that, you will be the first to know about our promotions and get invites to attend our events and product launches. 	Do I have to purchase Nice tickets in advance? Yes, due to the seasonal variation, we encourage you to purchase your tickets in advance. Tickets purchase can be made online or by visiting the nearest Nice ticketing counter. We also offer ticket delivery service to selected area in Klang Valley / Selangor. For info and inquiries, please call 03 2272 1586 / 2272 3634.
	Do I have to keep my ticket? Yes, for validation purpose as our enforcement officer or authorities may conduct periodical inspections while you are on board. In addition to that, all our tickets come with insurance coverage for passenger and baggage. In the case of unfortunate event, the passengers are covered for medical expenses or loss of baggage.
	Are Nice tickets refundable? Tickets are not refundable. While Nice makes every effort to provide timely service, it does not guarantee its departure and arrival times, which may be affected by factors such as traffic, weather or mechanical problem. We are not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay.
	Can I get a refund for a lost of ticket? We are not liable for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets.
	I just learned of a new promotional fare but I already purchased the ticket at a higher price. Can I get the refund? No, fares are subject to change at any time without notification.
	Can I exchange my ticket for a different travel date or time? Yes, however, a fee may apply and it is subject to the seat availability. Nice members get special privileges.
	How can I become a Nice member ? You can register online or drop by at our Nice counter. Membership fee of RM10 is applied.
